All orders are processed and shipped from our facility within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
All products are carefully packaged, tightly wrapped, and sealed to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
Once an order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the customer. Customers are responsible for tracking and monitoring their shipment. Salaam Gallery is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are fully responsible for entering the correct and complete shipping address at checkout, including apartment, suite, or unit numbers.
If an incorrect address is entered, the customer must contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.
Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or store credit. Any delays, lost packages, return-to-sender fees, reshipping costs, or additional charges resulting from an incorrect address are the sole responsibility of the customer. No exceptions will be made.
We fulfill orders exactly as the shipping information is provided at checkout.
SHIPPING CARRIERS & DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or high-volume shipping periods.
Salaam Gallery is not responsible for delays once the package is in the carrier’s possession.
OUT-OF-STOCK & MAKE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
If an item is out of stock or marked as Make-To-Order (MTO), we will contact you via email or phone.
Out-of-stock or MTO items may require an additional 20–30 business days for manufacturing before shipping. Production timelines are estimates and may vary.
SPLIT SHIPMENTS
If an order contains multiple items, products may ship separately depending on availability, fulfillment timing, or warehouse processing. If items ship separately, you will receive separate tracking numbers.
In some cases, multiple orders placed by the same customer may be combined into a single package at our discretion. This does not affect processing time, shipping speed, or eligibility for refunds or replacements.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or brokerage charges, which are determined by the destination country.
These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Salaam Gallery has no control over these charges and cannot estimate them.
REFUSED, RETURNED, OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Packages that are refused, returned to sender, or deemed undeliverable by the carrier due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability are not eligible for free reshipping.
Any reshipment fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
