All items ship from our facility within 2–4 business days. Every order is tightly wrapped and sealed so it arrives in excellent condition.
Tracking confirmations are sent by email/SMS as soon as your order ships. The customer is responsible for tracking and monitoring the delivery—once shipped, Salaam Gallery does not cover items that are lost or stolen.
If you can't find your order confirmation, please check your spam folder—it's typically sent within 15 minutes of placing your order.
If you received an order confirmation but no shipping confirmation, your order most likely hasn't shipped yet and is still being prepared. It's also possible it shipped earlier in the day and tracking will arrive later that afternoon.

Customers are fully responsible for entering a correct, complete shipping address at checkout—please double-check every field, including apartment or unit numbers.
If an incorrect address was entered, contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we're unable to make changes.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or store credit, and any additional costs, delays, or lost packages are the customer's responsibility. All Salaam Gallery jewelry is backed by a Lifetime Warranty covering rust, tarnish, manufacturing defects, and color fading. Our pieces are crafted with real 18-karat gold plating over stainless steel.
Proper care is essential. By submitting a warranty claim, the customer confirms they have not used such products on the jewelry.
If you experience color fading or rusting, contact us and we'll gladly replace the item free of charge in accordance with our warranty process. The customer ships the item back and covers the return shipping fee for the replacement.
Tracking numbers are provided by email; customers are responsible for tracking their delivery. Salaam Gallery is not liable for items lost or stolen after shipment.
