Where is my order/shipping confirmation?
If you're unable to find your order confirmation, please check your spam folder. The confirmation email is typically sent within 15 minutes of placing your order.
If you've received the order confirmation but not the shipping confirmation, it’s likely that your order hasn’t been shipped yet and is still being prepared. It's also possible that the order was shipped earlier in the day, and the tracking information will be sent to you later in the afternoon.

Tracking number confirmations are sent to the customer via email/SMS. The customer will be responsible to track and monitor the delivery. Once shipped, Salaam Gallery does not cover items lost/stolen.

What is your Return policy?
You may return your purchase within 7 days of receiving it, as long as the jewelry is in its original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. No exceptions
Please note that custom and made-to-order (MTO) items are non-refundable. (Wall Art custom orders)

If your return is approved, you’ll be asked to send the item to the shipping address listed in our store details.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive the returned item. Please note that the return shipping fee will be the responsibility of the customer.

Can I change or cancel my order after I placed it?
If you need to make changes to your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible with your request. While we'll do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee modifications once the warehouse has packed and prepared your order for shipment. However, if your order hasn’t been collected yet, we’ll be happy to assist with any changes. Feel free to contact us to check if adjustments are still possible.

Some items in my order are missing. What should I do?
If you've received your order but are missing some items, please contact us with your order number, a photo of the items you received, and the packaging your products arrived in. We will ensure you are promptly assisted with the correct shipment.

I received damaged items. What should I do?
In the unlikely event that your items arrive damaged, please retain all packaging materials and notify us within 3 days, including a photo of the envelope, the items, and any notice left by the shipping carrier.
We’ll work with you to file a claim or arrange a replacement, depending on the issue.

Do I have to pay Customs Fees?

Entering incorrect shipping address?
If a customer enters an incorrect shipping address, it is their responsibility to contact us immediately to correct the information.
If the order has already been shipped, the customer will be fully responsible for any issues or additional costs that arise as a result of the incorrect address.

Salaams Warranty
What does your lifetime warranty include?
All Salaam Gallery jewelry is backed by a Lifetime Warranty covering rust, tarnish, manufacturing defects, and color fading. Our pieces are crafted with real 18-karat gold plating and stainless steel.
Please note that proper care is essential, and damage from wear and tear, such as breaks or scratches, is not covered under this warranty.
Additionally, the warranty does not apply if the jewelry has been exposed to chemicals, perfumes, or other harsh products. By submitting a warranty claim, the customer confirms that they have not used such products on the jewelry.
If you experience any issues with color fading or rusting, please contact us, and we will gladly replace the item free of charge, in accordance with our warranty process. The customer is required to ship the item back, and cover the return shipping fee for any replacement. (Shipping Fee)
