All Salaam Gallery jewelry is covered with a Lifetime Warranty against any rust or tarnish, including manufacturing defects and color fading.
Our Jewelry is made from real 18-karat gold plating, pure stainless steel fills.
Jewelry must be treated with care. Broken jewelry or scratches over time does not warrant a lifetime warranty.
If you run into any issues pertaining to color fading or rusting, please reach out to us and we will replace your item for free using our Salaam Gallery warranty procedures.
Secure, Fast Fulfillment
All items ship from our facility within 2-3 business days. All of our products are tightly wrapped and sealed to ensure you receive your order in excellent condition.
Tracking number confirmations are sent to the customer via email. The customer will be responsible to track and monitor the delivery. Once shipped, Salaam Gallery does not cover items lost/stolen.
All stock inventory items can be refunded if return is requested within 7 days. Custom orders and MTO (made-to-order) items are non-refundable.

If approved, return the item to the shipping address in our store details. Please note, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
Refunds will be credited to the customer's payment method upon receipt of the returned items at our facility.
In certain circumstances such as damage during shipment, refunds for custom and MTO products may be considered.
Out of Stock
In the event that a product is out of stock, we will contact you via email/phone and may require 20-30 days additional time for manufacturing before shipping (also applies to MTO make-to-order products).
Products shipped outside the U.S. may require a customs fee to be paid by the customer. This is dependent on regional duties and taxes and is variable.
